The theory includes: Read first 3 chapters of the PADI digital Open Water manual and complete the knowledge reviews at the end of the 3 chapters. The chapters include video illustration for easy learning. Complete 3 multiple choice quizzes.

Frequently asked questions:

Diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Chronic health conditions, certain medications and/or recent surgery may require you to obtain written approval from a physician prior to diving. We have a doctor on call to answer any questions and who makes the final decision as to who can dive. Any queries please let us know.
